Frequently Asked Questions

For our Managed IT Services (“The Shield”), we operate on a flat-rate subscription model. This means you pay one predictable monthly fee for unlimited remote support, security, and maintenance. We believe IT providers shouldn’t profit from your pain—we profit when your systems are running perfectly. For specific projects (like Cabling or AI Development), we provide a fixed project quote upfront.

We believe we should earn your business every month. While our standard Managed Services agreements are typically 12 months to ensure we can invest in your infrastructure properly, we offer flexible terms and a 30-day “Happiness Guarantee” during the onboarding phase.

Absolutely. We offer “Co-Managed IT” services. We can handle the heavy lifting—like cybersecurity monitoring, backups, and helpdesk tickets—freeing up your internal IT manager to focus on high-level strategy and internal projects.

The Shield” is our comprehensive defense and support package. It includes 24/7 remote monitoring, enterprise-grade antivirus (EDR), automated patch management, email security, and unlimited remote helpdesk support. It is designed to replace the need for an in-house IT department.

We pride ourselves on speed. For critical “business-down” emergencies, our target response time is under 15 minutes. For standard helpdesk requests (like password resets), we typically resolve issues within the same business day.

We are a fully cross-platform agency. We support Windows, Mac, and Linux environments, as well as mobile devices (iOS/Android) and cloud infrastructure.

Not with us. This is the difference between “Shadow AI” (employees using free ChatGPT) and Noble IT’s Enterprise AI. We build secure, private AI environments where your data is isolated and never used to train public models. We treat AI with the same strict security standards as your bank records.

Yes. This is why we offer our AI Workflow Audit. We sit down with your team, map out your manual processes (data entry, scheduling, emails), and identify exactly where “The Engine” can save you 10+ hours a week.

AI is best at handling repetitive tasks that require reading, writing, or coordinating data—tasks that usually eat up your employees’ time. Here are two real-world examples of how we deploy “The Engine”:

  • Use Case 1: The “Zero-Miss” Sales Response.

    • The Problem: A local service business was losing leads because they couldn’t answer the phone after 5 PM or on weekends.
    • The AI Solution: We built an AI agent that instantly engages every missed call or website inquiry via SMS. The bot qualifies the lead, answers pricing FAQs, and syncs with the owner’s calendar to book an appointment automatically.
    • The Result: The business captured 30% more bookings without hiring extra staff.

  • Use Case 2: Automated Invoice Processing.

    • The Problem: An operations manager spent 5 hours a week manually typing data from vendor PDF invoices into Excel and QuickBooks.
    • The AI Solution: We created a workflow where the manager simply forwards the PDF to a dedicated email address. The AI reads the document, extracts the line items and totals, and enters them directly into the accounting software with 100% accuracy.
    • The Result: The process went from 5 hours a week to zero minutes, allowing the manager to focus on higher-value work.

If your team does a task more than three times a day, there is a high probability we can automate it.

It is often cheaper than the alternative. Hiring a new administrative assistant might cost $40,000+ a year. Building a custom AI automation might cost a one-time project fee of $3,000 – $5,000 and a small monthly maintenance fee, yet it works 24/7 without sick days.

Yes. Unlike many MSPs who only do software, we handle the physical layer too. We provide Structured Data Cabling (Cat6/Fiber), server room cleanups, and full office relocation management to ensure your network is live the day you move in.

Moving to the cloud eliminates the risk of hardware failure, fire, or theft at your office. It allows your team to work securely from anywhere. As AWS Certified experts, we architect migration plans that ensure zero data loss during the transition.
