By accessing our website or engaging Noble IT Services ("we," "us," or "our") for Managed IT ("The Shield") or AI Automation ("The Engine") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide two primary categories of service:
- Managed IT Services: Remote monitoring, cybersecurity, backups, and technical support.
- AI & Automation Services: Development of chatbots, workflow automations, and data processing agents.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. AI Services Disclaimer (Crucial for You)
You acknowledge that our "Engine" services utilize Artificial Intelligence technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). By using these services, you agree to the following:
- Accuracy: AI systems can occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or biased information ("hallucinations"). You agree to human-review all critical AI outputs (e.g., legal documents, financial data, medical advice) before acting on them. Noble IT Services is not liable for errors generated by AI.
- Third-Party Dependency: Our automations rely on third-party APIs (like ChatGPT or Zapier). If these platforms change their pricing, go offline, or change their terms, it may affect your automations. We are not responsible for third-party downtime.
4. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: The design, logos, and code of this website are owned by Noble IT Services.
- Your Data: You retain full ownership of the data you provide to us.
- AI Deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the rights to the specific workflows and chatbot prompts we build for you. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content (images/text) may not be copyrightable under current US law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our IT or AI services for:
- Illegal activities or harassment.
- Sending unsolicited spam (via email or SMS automations).
- Generating "Deepfakes" or deceptive content intended to defraud others.
- Penalty: Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue.
- Data loss (unless caused by our proven gross negligence).
- Business interruption due to cyberattacks (e.g., Ransomware) or third-party outages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Payment and Cancellation
- Retainers: Monthly IT support fees are billed in advance.
- Projects: AI Automation projects typically require a 50% deposit upfront.
- Cancellation: You may cancel Managed IT services with 30 days' written notice.
8. Governing Law
